Join the forefront of connectivity and drive business growth as a Fiber Sales Executive at AT&T! We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional to leverage our pre-deployed fiber-based broadband network assets and deliver customized solutions to small business and mid-market customers. As a key member of our sales team, you'll play a vital role in transforming the sales experience, driving revenue growth, and fostering long-term relationships with clients.


Our company offers a hybrid work model, combining the flexibility of remote work with collaborative time in our office. We believe in rewarding talent and providing a competitive total rewards package, including a salary range of $49,900 - $74,900, plus commission and a $5,500 sign-on bonus. Key Responsibilities:



  • Prospect and qualify leads within assigned territory via phone, door knocking, or premise visits

  • Sell AT&T enterprise IP and data services to accounts from all market segments

  • Offer AT&T fiber optic solutions to business customers in pre-lit buildings, including Ethernet-based internet access, VoIP, MPLS, IPVPN, and Metro Ethernet services

  • Own the relationship with property managers and secure the ability to solicit customers in exchange for advanced network assets

  • Interface with customers' other AT&T account teams to properly serve and approach key clients in existing market segments

  • Drive new sales revenue, customer satisfaction, and maximize building penetration to ensure a return on prepositioned network assets


Requirements:



  • 2+ years of outside sales and/or B2B sales experience

  • Outside telecommunications sales experience preferred

  • Fiber broadband technology experience and knowledge a plus

  • Efficient in sales funnel management and previous experience with CRM systems

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline preferred

  • Valid driver's license and current auto insurance

  • Reliable vehicle per transportation needs of the market
