Array Behavioral Care, the nation's leading virtual psychiatry and therapy practice, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Overnight Remote Acute Care Psychiatrist to provide exceptional care to patients in crisis. As a remote specialist, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, collaborating with onsite professionals to deliver timely and high-quality care to vulnerable individuals across various settings and states.

- Compensation: Competitive hourly rate ($150 - $195 per hour)
- Location: 100% remote position
About the Role:
- Provide measurement-based, culturally humble episodic care to patients in acute crisis
- Collaborate with onsite professionals to determine timely dispositions and use evidence-based practices to deliver care
- Work overnight shifts (12:00am - 6:00am EST) to support patients in emergency departments, hospital medical floors, and crisis stabilization units
- Utilize advanced technical proficiency, including hardware, software, and EMR systems, to deliver high-quality care
What We're Looking For:
- Board-certified or board-eligible Psychiatrist with unrestricted, independent licensure
- Established and updated CAQH and FCVS profiles
- Experience providing psychiatric care to all age groups, including treating patients in acute crisis and providing stabilizing treatment in 24/7 settings
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide culturally competent care to patients from diverse backgrounds
- Advanced technical proficiency, including experience with multiple EMRs and telehealth platforms
Position Logistics:
- 100% remote position, with a private office space required for confidentiality
- Support for obtaining additional state licensure and DEA licenses, with costs covered or reimbursed
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive hourly rate ($150 - $195 per hour)
