Position Overview:
As a Trainee Insurance Adjuster, you will assist in evaluating insurance claims, gathering evidence, and determining the validity of claims. Youll receive comprehensive on-the-job training, guidance from experienced adjusters, and support in obtaining the necessary licensing and certifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in reviewing and processing insurance claims under the supervision of experienced adjusters.
Learn to assess damages, gather necessary documentation, and prepare reports for claims evaluation.
Communicate effectively with clients, agents, and other stakeholders to gather information.
Learn how to use claims management software and tools effectively.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing any client questions or concerns related to claims.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Some college coursework in business, finance, or insurance-related fields is a plus).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Eagerness to learn and develop professionally in the insurance industry.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) are a plus.
