About the position
- Responsibilities
- Ensure accuracy and alignment to the latest data entry standards in primary applications (Dynamics and Tableau).
- Perform auditing on a scheduled basis to review data entry alignment by market, identify gaps in the data, and propose action steps to ensure all data is accurately recorded.
- Fulfill customer service requests from internal staff, including software corrections, database receipting, and pulling constituent records.
- Serve as liaison to Campaign Systems Training and Web Design departments, staying informed of systems changes and communicating updates in partnership with the Customer Information Systems Director.
- Keep informed of current Association-related news and communicate regional and national guidelines for relevant systems to team members.

- Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months of related office support experience in database management.
- Basic knowledge and skill with Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of and skill in report preparation, proofreading, and attention to detail.
- Skill and ability in providing excellent customer service, both written and verbal, to internal and external customers and partners.
- Ability to work in a team environment and interact with people in various positions and levels, both internally and externally.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to exhibit initiative.
- Skill in tracking and leading multiple projects and timelines simultaneously.
- Skill in coordinating and maintaining efficient record keeping, inventory/supply, and/or data management systems.
- Non-profit experience is a plus.
- Microsoft Dynamics experience is a plus.
