About the position
- Responsibilities
- Take, process, and resolve standard inquiries from Operations associates.
- Serve as the initial point of contact for transactional HR needs and requests.
- Utilize training and policy manuals to resolve caller requests or issues.
- Accurately record the nature and solution of calls using database tools.
- Troubleshoot standard technical issues within HR systems independently.
- Work with Subject Matter Experts to identify trends in inquiries and suggest content changes.
- Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum one year of experience in a retail/hospitality operations environment.
- Successful completion of initial and periodically required trainings.
- Obtain a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment.
