Telesales (Education Industry)
Job description:
- 5 days work week // flexible hours
- Location: Fully work from home
- You will be required to attend training at our Singapore office for 1 week)
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer questions, objections, and follow-ups effectively.
- Record all call information accurately in the CRM/database.
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve performance and strategies.
- Provide feedback on customer trends and market insights.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Fluent in English & Mandarin will be an advantage.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.
