We are seeking a Telecommute Chat and Email Advisor to join our Customer Support team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through chat and email communication channels. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.
- Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and issues via chat and email
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer support processes
- Qualifications:
- Excellent written communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a customer support role preferred
- Proficiency with chat and email communication tools
