Technical Writer (Health care or Lab Experience)

Description:
· Produce and maintain a wide range of documentation, including technical design specs, product manuals, system architecture diagrams, and knowledge base articles.
· Develop and manage tutorials, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides for internal teams and external partners.
· Participate in product development cycles (Agile/Scrum), attending stand-ups, sprint reviews, and planning sessions to stay informed of changes.
· Contribute to UX writing for applications and interfaces, collaborating with designers for in-experience clarity.
· Lead initiatives to standardize technical language and content structures across teams.
· Support regulatory and compliance documentation, especially for education-related standards
· Coordinate and lead meetings with cross-functional teams to align documentation needs with product releases.
· Track deliverables, identify risks, and ensure deadlines are met
Skills:
· Experience writing for developer tools, APIs, and software platforms, preferring someone who can effectively write Health care or lab experience
· Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
· Strong understanding of software development processes, including Agile/Scrum.
· Exceptional attention to detail, organizational, and time-management skills.
· Ability to thrive in a creative and dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $39.18 - $47.19 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
