Job Location: 4 Irving Place, Manhattan, NY 10003
Work Model: Onsite with Travel Requirements
Travel Requirements: This is a 100% onsite role, and the resource might have to travel once a week to different locations within NYC with expenses paid

Ā Perform all on-site activities related installation, repairs, management, and maintenance.
Ā Track and document the progress of requests.
Ā Perform troubleshooting.
Ā Identify all issues.
Ā Suggest and implement solutions.
Ā Operate vehicle in a safe manner.

Ā Experience with software and tools.
