Our Sourcers play a critical role in building and maintaining high-quality talent pipelines that allow Recruiters to move fast and focus on closing the right candidates. Role Overview: We are seeking a Talent Sourcer (Jr) focused on active candidate hunting, pre-screening, and pipeline management. This role is responsible for generating a steady flow of qualified candidates across multiple roles and geographies, ensuring clean ATS data and strong sourcing coverage. This is not a full-cycle recruiter role. The Talent Sourcer does not manage clients, negotiate offers, or conduct final interviews. Instead, you will support Recruiters by delivering well-qualified, pre-vetted profiles and maintaining an organized, up-to-date pipeline. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable working in a high-volume sourcing environment. Key Responsibilities: β’ Actively source and hunt candidate profiles using LinkedIn, job boards, databases, referrals, and alternative sourcing channels. β’ Conduct resume reviews and initial pre-screening to validate experience, English level, availability, time zone alignment, and basic role fit. β’ Filter inbound applicants and maintain clean, organized pipelines inside the ATS. β’ Build and refresh talent pools for recurring and high-volume roles. β’ Publish job openings across approved platforms following a quarterly publishing calendar with defined activity and content goals. β’ Perform accurate data entry, tagging, and documentation of candidate profiles, notes, and sourcing sources in the ATS. β’ Identify duplicates, outdated profiles, and unqualified candidates to maintain data hygiene. β’ Collaborate closely with Recruiters to understand role priorities and sourcing needs. β’ Share sourcing insights such as candidate availability, market challenges, and talent trends when relevant. β’ Support ad-hoc sourcing projects during hiring spikes or urgent requests. Qualifications: β’ 1+ year of experience in sourcing, recruiting coordination, or talent research. β’ Strong LinkedIn sourcing skills and basic Boolean search knowledge. β’ Solid English communication skills (written and verbal). β’ Experience working remotely with minimal supervision. β’ High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. β’ Comfortable working inside an ATS and following structured processes. β’ Ability to manage multiple open roles and pipelines simultaneously. Nice to Have: β’ Experience sourcing talent globally (LATAM, Africa, Asia) is a plus. β’ Prior experience working with staffing or recruiting agencies is a plus. β’ Familiarity with Workable or similar ATS platforms. Requirements: β’ Professional remote work setup with reliable internet connection. β’ Strong written communication and responsiveness. β’ Ability to follow sourcing guidelines, documentation standards, and internal processes. β’ Willingness to submit a short introduction video as part of the recruitment process.
