Job Description: β€’ Serve as the primary system administrator for the Pigment platform, managing user access, security, data integrations, and system performance β€’ Design, build, and maintain sophisticated, interconnected models in Pigment for financial planning (P&L, B/S, Cash Flow), headcount planning, sales capacity and quota planning, marketing spend allocation, and long-range forecasting β€’ Configure and manage data flows into Pigment from source systems such as data warehouse, CRM, HRIS, and General Ledger, ensuring data integrity and accuracy β€’ Develop intuitive and insightful dashboards, reports, and visualizations for executive leadership and department heads to track KPIs and support real-time decision-making β€’ Collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, Sales, Marketing, HR, and Product to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions β€’ Identify opportunities to enhance planning processes, provide user training, create documentation, and promote best practices β€’ Provide ongoing support to business users, troubleshoot issues, and manage the release cycle for enhancements and updates to Pigment models Requirements: β€’ Hands-on experience designing, building, and administering business planning solutions in Pigment β€’ Proven expertise in multidimensional modeling, data integration, and dashboard creation within the Pigment platform β€’ Strong understanding of core FP&A concepts, including budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and financial reporting β€’ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business logic into a structured data model β€’ Experience in a high-growth environment, preferably within the SaaS or technology industry β€’ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels β€’ Bachelor''s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field β€’ Bonus: Pigment certifications β€’ Bonus: Experience with other EPM/BPM tools (e.g., Anaplan, Planful, Adaptive Insights) β€’ Bonus: Familiarity with systems like Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, and business intelligence tools β€’ Bonus: Basic knowledge of SQL or other data manipulation languages Benefits: β€’ 100% remote work environment - since our founding in 2015 β€’ Generous paid time off policy, including vacation, sick time, and paid holidays β€’ 12 weeks of paid parental leave β€’ Highly competitive and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits plans β€’ 401(k) with a 5% contribution regardless of employee contribution β€’ Life and Disability insurance plans β€’ Stock options for all full-time employees β€’ One-time $500 reimbursement for building/upgrading home office β€’ Annual allowance for education and professional development assistance β€’ $75 USD/month digital reimbursement β€’ Access to the BetterUp platform for coaching, personal, and professional growth Apply tot his job
