Supply Chain Planning Consultant Remote/Troy, MI Fulltime Job Description: Must Have Technical/Functional Skills • Supply Chain Planning domain experience in one or more Manufacturing Sub-Verticals - automotive, aerospace, industrial, process manufacturing. • Prefer prior experience with Business Consulting arms of companies like Capgemini, Cognizant, Infosys, Wipro etc. • Experience as a solution architect / functional consultant in one or more COTS Planning Solutions: Kinaxis, Anaplan, o9, BY, SAP IBP, Oracle SCP Cloud etc. • Prefer 2 or more COTS solution implementations experience in Solution design and user acceptance testing. End to End complex implementation experience is an added advantage. • APICS – CSCP or other Industry standard certifications preferred. Roles & Responsibilities: • Lead Consulting engagements independently, Client stakeholder management at multiple levels and successfully deliver engagements at client locations (Travel as needed, about 75% of time.) • Ability to define transformation strategy and roadmap, Business Process Harmonization, Requirements baselining and solution Fit-Gap assessment. Identify continuous improvement opportunities and convert them to qualified leads. • Work closely with business and IT to model, design, develop and deploy supply chain planning solutions. • Lead Go-To-Market & Thought Leadership initiatives. • Conceptualize and develop Solutions & Offerings and create reusable assets & frameworks.
