Inventory & Supply Chain Manager
Location: Remote
Type: Full-Time
We are scaling aggressively in 2026 — expanding from 15 to 100+ SKUs and targeting $3M+ revenue. Inventory management will determine whether we win or stall.
We cannot go out of stock. Ever.
Your Mission Ensure we are always stocked 60–90 days ahead across:
Amazon FBA
FBM
Warehouse
Faire
Shopify
Wholesale partners
You will be responsible for forecasting, reordering, and preventing lost revenue due to stockouts.
Responsibilities
Inventory Forecasting
Monitor Days of Supply (DoS)
Maintain 60–90 day inventory levels
Forecast based on velocity & seasonality
Track top 20% SKUs driving 80% revenue
Reordering & Vendor Management
Coordinate with printer/manufacturer
Create and manage POs
Negotiate lead times
Track production timelines
FBA Management
Monitor inbound shipments
Prevent stranded inventory
Manage restock limits
Optimize FBA vs FBM balance
Data & Reporting
Weekly inventory dashboard
SKU profitability tracking
Identify slow movers vs heroes
Recommend liquidation when needed

Maintain 60+ days supply at all times
