Key Responsibilities:
- Process a high volume of orders daily, ensuring accuracy and meeting specific customer requirements
- Review orders for accuracy and provide timely responses to customer inquiries
- Manage online customer orders and associated data via EDI portals
- Generate internal reports to sales and production teams
- Communicate regularly with the warehouse to ensure customer satisfaction
- Invoice orders daily, weekly, and as needed
- Support sales and marketing teams as required
- Perform other general office duties, including rotating tasks within the department as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience in data entry using software, online portals, and spreadsheets
- Familiarity with ERP software (previous experience preferred)
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and exceptional time management skills
- Experience in customer service and order processing environment (preferred)
- Ability to follow written, audio, visual, and verbal directions
