- What You’ll Be Doing
- Identifying and engaging qualified individuals aligned with Buzz Bull’s growth goals
- Leveraging personal networks and platforms such as:
- Facebook Groups
- Industry and professional communities
- Conducting initial conversations to assess fit and interest
- Making warm introductions to the Buzz Bull leadership team
- Supporting recruiting efforts through relationship-based outreach
- Ideal Background
- Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing and/or
- Significant networking experience with:
- LinkedIn outreach
- Facebook and professional groups
- Industry communities
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Professional, ethical, and long-term relationship focused
- Compensation
- 100% commission-based
- Paid per successful hire and/or milestone-based placements
- No cap on earnings
