Job Title: Sr. Oracle Cloud Payables Functional Consultant Location: 100% Remote opportunity Duration: Long-term opportunity Job Overview: β’ We are seeking a Sr. Oracle Cloud Payables Functional Consultant (AP SME) with deep expertise in Accounts Payable, Payments, and AP Tax, including Vertex integration. β’ This role is part of a large-scale implementation, with a strong focus on invoice processing, tax configurations, and integrations with Coupa and SAP Concur. β’ The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud AP tax setups (VAT, indirect tax, WHT) and will lead end-to-end AP solution delivery across global environments. Must-Have Skills: β’ Expert-level experience in Oracle Cloud Accounts Payable (AP) β’ Strong hands-on expertise in: Invoice processing (PO & non-PO), Payments and disbursements, AP tax configurations (VAT, sales/use tax, indirect tax), and Withholding Tax (WHT). β’ Experience with Vertex integration for tax determination and calculation β’ Strong understanding of multi-country invoice taxation β’ Experience with integrations: SAP Concur & Coupa β’ Experience in data conversions, global rollouts, and P2P processes Key Responsibilities: β’ Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud Payables (AP) implementation across invoice processing (PO & non-PO), matching, and payments β’ Configure and manage the invoice lifecycle, ensuring smooth processing, validation, and exception handling β’ Design and implement AP tax configurations, including VAT/GST, sales/use tax, and withholding tax (WHT) β’ Manage Vertex integration for accurate tax determination and automated calculation β’ Ensure multi-country tax compliance, resolving tax-related issues and aligning with global regulations β’ Lead integrations with Vertex, SAP Concur, and Coupa, working closely with technical teams (OIC/APIs) β’ Support global rollouts and onboarding of new entities, including setup of ledgers, business units, suppliers, and tax structures β’ Oversee data conversion and reconciliation, including FBDI uploads and validation using OTBI and BI Publisher Follow us on LinkedIn - Remote Skills: Apache Cassandra, Application Programming Interface (API), Best Practices, Cloud Computing, Code Reviews, Continuous Deployment/Delivery, Continuous Integration, Cross-Functional, DevOps, Docker, GitHub, GraphQL, Java, Microsoft Windows Azure, Python Programming/Scripting Language, Reporting Dashboards, Scripting (Scripting Languages), Software Engineering, Splunk, Team Player, User Documentation About the Company: HYR Global Source Inc
