About the position The Client Partnerships Manager at NewtonX plays a crucial role in supporting the company's rapid growth by connecting clients with top-tier professionals. This position involves managing client relationships, understanding their needs, and delivering impactful research projects. The role requires an action-oriented leader who can navigate a fast-paced environment and drive strategic account plans to enhance client engagement and retention. Responsibilities β’ Own a top-notch client book with full revenue ownership, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities in existing client relationships. β’ Build out strategic account plans to increase our footprint within client organizations. β’ Understand client needs and challenges, and own client relationships (ranging from Manager-level to C-Suite) to ensure continued engagement, success, and retention. β’ Act as the quarterback of the client account, managing cross-functional relationships with Marketing and Client Delivery leadership. β’ Review team quotes and build proposals for contracts and projects from $10K to $500K+, ensuring brand stewardship and quality translation of NewtonX technology into actionable project plans. β’ Help design and develop scalable processes and tools that enhance team effectiveness and efficiency. β’ Learn new technologies, industries, and topics daily while mentoring and empowering team members. Requirements β’ 6+ years of consultative, B2B sales experience, preferably within the market research industry. β’ Preferred experience selling into consulting, financial services, or technology verticals. β’ Experience selling to the C-suite. β’ Proven track record of account expansion and quota overachievement. β’ Proficiency in sales outreach tools such as LinkedIn Navigator, Apollo, Outreach, etc. β’ Strong executive presence and excellent verbal and written communication skills. β’ A rigorous sales process, organizational skills, and attention to detail. β’ Natural curiosity and a desire to learn and be coached. β’ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. β’ Enjoy team collaboration, communication, listening, and advocating. β’ A strong client service orientation with confidence, professionalism, and a can-do attitude.
