The Sales Representative is responsible for demonstrating the value and benefits of our client’s products or services through customer engagement, with a primary focus on selling and/or renewing contracts. This role is responsible for effectively articulating the value of products or services to customers.

- Work within a dedicated territory to achieve revenue quotas through renewals and upselling.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts regularly.
- Develop mastery of product knowledge and technical understanding.
- Address customer concerns and manage objections to retain or expand accounts.
- Manage high-volume customer contacts via phone and email.
- Maintain accurate data in the customer management system (CRM).Qualifications
- Must reside in the United States with a valid U.S. address.
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service or sales.
- Proven success in meeting sales quotas.
- Experience with high-volume calling and learning new technologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems like Salesforce. What We Offer
