Employment Type: Full Time Contract for the 25/26 school year
Blazer Jobs is proud to partner with dedicated school districts to support students through high-quality special education services. We are currently seeking a committed Special Education Teacher for a self-contained elementary classroom in Claremont, NH.
- Job Requirements:
- Active New Hampshire Special Education teaching license
- Experience working with elementary-age students in a self-contained setting preferred
- Strong classroom management and behavior intervention skills
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
- Job Duties:
- Provide instruction to a small group of elementary students (12 max) in a self-contained classroom
- Implement IEP goals and ensure all services and accommodations are met
- Develop and deliver differentiated lesson plans based on student needs
- Collaborate with related service providers, general education staff, and families
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports in compliance with district and state standards
