Job Title: Remote Special Education Case Manager (Full-Time)
Location: Virtual Serving a Northern California School District
School Year: 20252026
Job Summary:
VocoVision is currently seeking a qualified Special Education Case Manager to provide virtual support for a high school caseload within a Northern California school district. This is a full-time, remote role available immediately and continuing through the end of the 20252026 academic year.
- Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all indirect special education services for assigned students remotely
- Collaborate closely with school staff and on-site teams to develop, implement, and monitor student IEP goals
- Track and report on student progress in alignment with district and state requirements
- Requirements:
- Valid California Special Education Certification
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Education or a related field
- Previous experience working in a virtual education environment preferred
- Must carry active professional liability insurance (1099 contractor requirement)
- Position Highlights:
- High school student caseload
- Full-time schedule, Monday through Friday
- Independent contractor (1099) status
- Immediate start date through the end of the 20252026 school year
