JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title: Healthcare Customer Support- Bilingual Spanish
Pay: $21.78/hr.
Availability Sunday โ Saturday 9:00 AM โ 9:00 PM EST, 40 hours per week
Candidates should be somewhat flexible. Training will be days M-F 8am to 5pm EST for the first few weeks.
Location: Remote
Contract Duration: 1 year contract with possible hire

Responsibilities:
ยท Answer inbound calls and schedule appointments with the providers
ยท Perform accurate data entry of patient information
ยท Follow scripting tools to ensure required information obtained
Minimum Qualifications:
ยท 2-4 years high volume customer service experience in a healthcare setting
ยท Spanish bilingual required
ยท Proficient with scheduling functions
ยท Computer proficient with strong data entry skills
ยท High school diploma or GED
