Role Overview
We are seeking a Software Engineer with strong Java or Python development experience and deep hands-on expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to support a healthcare technology platform. The engineer will design, build, and maintain scalable backend services, APIs, and cloud-native workflows while collaborating in a fast-moving, product-driven environment.
The ideal candidate is a proactive engineer who can take ownership, work across multiple layers of the stack, and adapt quickly in a growing GCP ecosystem.
- Required Technical Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Python, and REST APIs.
- Solid GCP experience, including:
- GKE
- Cloud Composer
- Dataflow
- GCS
- Proficiency with Apache Airflow (DAG design & orchestration).
- Experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
- Knowledge of API gateways (Apigee, APIC).
- Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices (Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
- Experience with observability tools like Grafana.
- Understanding of API proxies and integration patterns.
- Prior experience in the Healthcare domain - Nice to Have.
