    Responsibilities:
  • Work collaboratively with digital demand generation team members and external digital agency partners to support both new and current paid social and programmatic display campaigns.
  • Manage the marketing deliverable cycle including initial planning, project brief creation campaign implementation, ongoing monitoring, optimization, analysis and reporting.
  • Manage day-to-day tactic execution of testing, tracking, reporting, campaign budgeting, ad copy optimizations, audience discovery, etc.
  • Communicate and ensure best-in-class content publication & syndication standards are planned for and achieved.
  • Act as systems lead for 3rd party publications.
  • Understand and execute navigation of key customer portals for product content setup.
  • Regularly update ad creative across display and social campaigns and analyze the performance of existing creative.
  • Work to facilitate targeting updates to campaigns including custom segmentation such as audience uploads, ICP criteria and ABM list uploads.
  • Work internally with key cross-functional stakeholders, other digital tactic teams, and marketing groups to ensure campaigns are running efficiently and effectively.
  • Track and analyze paid spend levels, budgets, and campaign ROI.
  • Communicate cross-functionally to ensure alignment with other execution teams.
  • Provide updates on the status of projects to team leads.
  • Manage approval workflows and ensure sign-off from internal teams.
  • Experience:
  • 2-3+ years of experience working on paid media campaigns on LinkedIn, Facebook and programmatic display channels.
  • Experience working through content syndication platforms.
  • Experience managing multiple channels/campaigns at one time.
  • Experience working with paid social channels such as LinkedIn and Facebook; using lead generation and conversion-based campaign types.
  • Experience working with ABM platforms such as RollWorks, Demandbase, etc.
  • Experience analyzing and reporting on KPIs for numerous digital marketing channels.
  • Experience working with vendors and supporting vendor relationships.
  • Experience with Google Analytics.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel (macros, pivot tables, VBA, etc.) to do data analysis.
  • Skills and Knowledge:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects with varying deadlines, and multiple stakeholders and approvers.
