Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Brand Content Creator to join our marketing team and help bring our brand to life across digital platforms. This role is responsible for producing high-quality visual and written content that supports our social media channels. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, trend-aware, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities ● Create engaging photo, video, and written content for social media ● Attend company events within the Florida-area to capture footage with travel across our regions up to 25% of the time using your personal vehicle ● Collaborate with marketing and social media teams to align content with campaigns and brand strategy ● Write captions and copy that are on-brand, engaging, and optimized for reach and engagement ● Ensure consistency in visual style, tone, and brand voice across all platforms ● Manage content timelines and meet deadlines ● Stay up to date on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices ● Assist in posting daily content on our social media channels ● Community engagement Qualifications ● 2 - 4+ years of professional experience in content creation, social media, and/or digital marketing ● A strong portfolio showcasing photo, video, and social content with demonstrable assets required ● Proficiency in content creation and editing tools (CapCut, Adobe, Canva, Splice, etc.) ● Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms ● Excellent writing, storytelling, and communication skills ● Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously ● Strong attention to detail and time-management skills Preferred Experience ● Experience in real estate, luxury brands, lifestyle, or hospitality ● Familiarity with social media analytics and performance reporting Travel Notice: This position requires local travel across our regions up to 25% of the time. The company provides IRS Mileage reimbursement. You must have a valid driver's license, insurance and personal vehicle for such travel purposes.
