About the role
WestPhal Studio is looking for a creative and organized Social Media Assistant to support and grow our online presence. In this role, you will help with day-to-day social media activities, create engaging content, and help us connect with our audience across platforms.
- Responsibilities
- Write captions and post copy aligned with our brand voice
- Create simple graphics and short-form content (Canva/Adobe Express)
- Schedule and publish posts across platforms
- Respond to comments and messages in a professional, timely manner
- Track performance metrics, monitor trends, and report insights
- Contribute ideas for campaigns that increase engagement and brand awareness
- Support basic content planning (weekly/biweekly content calendar)
- Requirements
- Strong written communication and attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently and managing deadlines
- Familiarity with social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn)
- Basic experience with content tools (Canva, Adobe Express, CapCut, etc.)
- Basic understanding of social media analytics is a plus
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
