A full-semester contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist specializing in teletherapy services within a K-12 educational setting located in Anoka, MN. This role focuses on delivering speech and language support to students across all grade levels using virtual therapy platforms.
- Responsibilities include:
- Conducting individual and group speech-language therapy sessions via teletherapy
- Assessing students' speech, language, and communication abilities
- Developing and implementing tailored treatment plans to meet student needs
- Collaborating with educators and families to support student progress
- Maintaining accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
- Participating in virtual meetings and professional development sessions as required
- Desired qualifications and experience:
- Licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience providing teletherapy services, preferably in a school environment
- Strong understanding of speech and language development in children from kindergarten through 12th grade
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and school staff
- Ability to manage a caseload independently within a virtual setting
- Familiarity with educational assessment tools and documentation protocols
