Context
Our website has been live for ~6 months, is technically sound, and professionally designed — yet organic rankings and traffic are underperforming.
We are not looking for a generic SEO audit.
We want a clear diagnosis of why the site isn’t ranking and what will actually move the needle.
What We Need
A focused, strategic SEO audit that answers:
- What is blocking rankings right now (be specific)
- What the website should be ranking for but isn’t
- Which pages matter commercially vs. which don’t
- What to fix first, and why
This is an analysis + recommendations project only.
Scope
You will:
- Review search intent vs. current content
- Assess keyword-to-page mapping and site structure
- Identify missed commercial opportunities
- Analyse competitors only where it explains ranking gaps
- Highlight technical issues only if they materially affect rankings
Deliverable
- A concise report (PDF or Google Doc)
- Prioritised actions (high / medium / low impact)
- Clear explanations, no generic checklists
- Recommendations that can be implemented immediately
What We Don’t Want
- Tool dumps or automated reports
- Generic SEO advice
- 40-page documents with no opinions
- Link-building pitches at this stage
Ideal Experience
- Proven SEO results with UK-focused sites
- Experience with premium or high-consideration purchases
- Strong understanding of search intent and commercial SEO
- Able to explain why something matters, not just what
