- Collaborate with health system clients on a range of complex assignments to provide practical and innovative solutions.
- Assess the current performance of their acute revenue cycle operations.
- Build relationships with clients and seek opportunities to expand the scope of their business and financial outcomes.
- Proactively identify opportunities for financial, operational, and delivery performance enhancement.
- Spearhead the successful implementation of product and service suite with new and existing clients.
- Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in ambulatory operations management and management consulting or advisory services.
- 7+ years of revenue cycle experience, including Patient Access and Billing.
- Proven record of accomplishment of managing large-scale parallel transitions.
- Expertise in leading revenue cycle assessments, system implementations, and operations.
- Expertise in revenue workflow optimization and/or performance improvement.
- Ability to travel at least 50% of the time.
