Job Summary

GTS Technology Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter (Contract) with a strong background in IT staffing and staff augmentation recruiting. This role is ideal for recruiters who thrive in agency environments, manage multiple technical requisitions simultaneously, and consistently deliver qualified candidates in competitive IT talent markets.

The recruiter will partner closely with recruiting leadership and account executives to support public sector and enterprise technology programs, delivering top IT talent for critical customer initiatives.

Your Role

As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will manage full-cycle recruiting for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions supporting our staffing and services programs.

This is a high-impact recruiting role supporting multiple technical openings and working closely with internal teams to deliver qualified candidates quickly and efficiently.

Successful recruiters in this role are comfortable operating in a collaborative submission-driven staffing model, delivering qualified candidates per requirement within defined service-level timelines.

This role is best suited for recruiters with prior experience in IT staffing agencies rather than internal corporate recruiter environments.

    Responsibilities include:
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for IT contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire roles
  • Source and engage technical talent across platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and professional networks
  • Screen candidates for technical qualifications, experience, and client requirements
  • Partner with account executives and hiring managers to understand position requirements and recruiting priorities
  • Build pipelines of candidates across key technology skillsets
  • Prepare candidates for interviews and manage communication throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain accurate activity tracking and candidate records in Bullhorn ATS
  • Support recruiting metrics and delivery timelines aligned with client expectations
  • Ensure compliance with staffing requirements and applicable hiring regulations
    What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of technical recruiting experience
  • Agency-level and staff augmentation recruiting experience required
  • Experience working alongside account executives in a staffing delivery model
  • Experience recruiting within DIR ITSAC, public sector, or government technology staffing environments
  • Proven ability to manage multiple technical requisitions in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong sourcing skills and ability to identify passive candidates
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other recruiting platforms
  • Excellent communication, organization, and candidate relationship management skills
  • Experience using ATS systems such as Bullhorn
    Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
