- Pay Range: $63.96hr - $68.96hr
- Develop a portfolio view of Payments programs' scope and objectives and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility while driving projects end-to-end.
- Provide leadership with visibility into execution status, issues, and decisions.
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of large cross-functional initiatives aimed at increasing the productivity of technical teams.
- Enable teams to deliver against the roadmap by identifying technical dependencies and aligning with stakeholders to manage dependencies that may impact program success.
- Support quarterly and bi-annual release planning, resourcing, and risk mitigation activities.
- Manage effective communication with leadership and cross-functional teams regarding key decisions, status updates, and risks to ensure accountability and timeline management.
- Define and align success criteria with relevant stakeholders and regularly assess risks while identifying mitigation strategies.
- Partner with developer teams to develop and enforce high-quality internal documentation.
- Collaborate with leadership to implement best practices and align priorities across Payments programs.
- Provide visibility into key performance indicators to help leaders understand risks and opportunities.
- Work independently with stakeholders and cross-functional leadership while maintaining focus on priorities and project details.
- Build a culture of trust within the team and help remove impediments that affect productivity.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive operational simplification and productivity. Skills:

- 10+ years of experience in the software development industry.
- t least 7 years of experience working as a Technical Project Manager. Should Have:
- Experience working with large-scale ML or AI platforms.
- Experience contributing to AI-powered product development.
- Interest in building and maintaining products that leverage AI models. Qualification And Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
