The role involves traditional tax review and client advisory, along with a strong sense of entrepreneurship, strategy, and management. We rely heavily on our local leadership teams to develop and execute the firm's vision.

- What you will do
- Support the firm's Director in leading and managing the local team.
- Act as a primary contact for clients from retiring partners and new clients.
- Collaborate with the executive team on growth initiatives, products, services, and operational strategies.
- Review and manage tax return engagements for individuals, businesses (C-corps, S-corps, partnerships), and trusts.
- Lead consulting and advisory efforts in the region.
- Manage staff in research, training, and development areas.
- What we look for
- 7-12 years of experience with tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and estates.
- Bachelor's degree required; Masters preferred.
- CPA or EA certification required.
- Experience managing staff and client relationships.
- Excellent communication and management skills.
- Proprietor mentality and work ethic.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in strategy and operations.
