Key Responsibilities
ย Act as the trusted advisor and primary point of contact for clients, gaining a deep understanding of their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities.
ย Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with key client accounts.
ย Provide strategic guidance and tailored solutions to enhance client success and satisfaction.
ย Develop and implement growth strategies to maximize revenue opportunities within existing client accounts.
ย Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities in collaboration with Subject Matter Experts to boost client retention and drive business growth.
ย Conduct regular account reviews, evaluate performance metrics, and pinpoint areas for improvement.
ย Forecast and monitor key account metrics, including revenue trends and client performance.
ย Prepare accurate sales forecasts, progress reports, and presentations for senior management.
ย Address client concerns and issues promptly and effectively.
ย Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve problems, exceed client expectations, and maintain high client satisfaction.
ย Create well-organized, accurate, and concise documentation for organizational use.
ย Provide ongoing training, networking, and professional development opportunities.
ย Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
ย Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
ย Minimum of 5 years of account management experience required.
ย Healthcare experience preferred.
ย Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
ย Proficiency in running and interpreting various reports to provide strategic solutions.
ย Adaptable and eager to learn new technologies.
ย High energy with strong initiative, accountability, and organizational skills.
ย Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
ย Detail-oriented with a professional demeanor.
ย Capable of handling stressful situations effectively.
ย Knowledgeable in HIPAA standards for protecting and disclosing patientsย PHI and e-PHI.
ย Strong analytical skills applicable in a medical billing environment.
