As a Senior Product Manager in our Analytics & Behavior Change group, you'll be at the forefront of driving business decisions and innovation. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including data science, data engineering, and application development, to modernize legacy systems and bring cutting-edge technology to our products. Your expertise will help us build analytical cloud-based products, support pharmaceutical forecasting and pricing, and drive business growth.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing strategic leadership and defining product roadmaps, vision, and strategy
- Overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from user research to launch
- Collaborating with stakeholders to align product strategies with business goals
- Identifying new opportunities and developing long-term strategic plans
- Analyzing data to influence product features and prioritization
- Facilitating cross-functional communication and establishing relationships with collaborators
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 10+ years of experience in software development projects
- 5+ years of product management experience
- 5+ years of experience with Agile development methodology
- 4+ years of experience working with engineering or data science teams
- 1+ year of hands-on experience with a programming language
- Deep knowledge of healthcare data and analytics tools
- Proven track record of managing successful analytics products
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
Preferred qualifications include experience with forecasting, what-if scenario planning, and financial analysis, as well as technical hands-on experience with SQL, cloud-based architecture, PySpark, and Python.
