- Trusted Advisor: Front line for customer’s tech, product, and cyber needs
- Customer Ambassador: Represent customer voice in discussions

- Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or Military experience
- At least 4 years of experience with design, implementation, or consulting experience of distributed applications
- At least 3 years of experience in infrastructure architecture, database architecture and Data Security
- At least 3 years of experience with cloud platforms (AWS,GCP, Azure)
- Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology (preferred)
- Strong working knowledge of Kubernetes (preferred)
- Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with executives, IT Management, and developers (preferred)
- High level of comfort communicating effectively across internal and external organizations (preferred)
- Ability to understand API design and integration (preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly (preferred)
- Experience working within software development or Internet-related industries (preferred)
- History of successful technical consulting and/or architecture engagements with large-scale customers or enterprises (preferred)
- Ability to understand B2B sales process and client relationship management (preferred)
- Ability to understand security frameworks (NIST, ISO) (preferred)
- Ability to understand cryptography and data encryption methodologies (preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to understand tokenization and data security technologies (preferred)
