    Job Description:
  • Report to the US Vaccines Field Sales Operations Lead
  • Provide a broad range of operational support to the Vaccines business unit
  • Identify innovative solutions to simplify processes
  • Lead operational projects for US Vaccines Sales
  • Serve as operational support lead and point of contact for cross-functional partners
  • Manage operational tasks efficiently
  • Facilitate field insight groups as needed
  • Collaborate with various teams to resolve issues efficiently
  • Plan key meetings including launch meetings and leadership training classes
    Requirements:
  • BA/BS Degree required; MBA preferred
  • 5+ years of previous pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical marketing/sales experience
  • Demonstrated track record of strong cross-functional collaboration
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Must be change agile with the ability to quickly reprioritize efforts
  • Highly effective at utilizing current sales force technology platforms
  • Ability to influence and negotiate with colleagues at various levels
  • Strong Microsoft Office and Teams skills
  • Strong working understanding of Veeva, PRIME, PROMPT
