- Report to the US Vaccines Field Sales Operations Lead
- Provide a broad range of operational support to the Vaccines business unit
- Identify innovative solutions to simplify processes
- Lead operational projects for US Vaccines Sales
- Serve as operational support lead and point of contact for cross-functional partners
- Manage operational tasks efficiently
- Facilitate field insight groups as needed
- Collaborate with various teams to resolve issues efficiently
- Plan key meetings including launch meetings and leadership training classes
- Requirements:
- BA/BS Degree required; MBA preferred
- 5+ years of previous pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical marketing/sales experience
- Demonstrated track record of strong cross-functional collaboration
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Must be change agile with the ability to quickly reprioritize efforts
- Highly effective at utilizing current sales force technology platforms
- Ability to influence and negotiate with colleagues at various levels
- Strong Microsoft Office and Teams skills
- Strong working understanding of Veeva, PRIME, PROMPT
