As a Senior Leads Generation Specialist at Tesla in India, your role will involve supporting the marketing organization through content creation, lead generation, and retail marketing events. You should be a self-starter with strong communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as negotiation and execution abilities.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Develop targeted marketing plans in collaboration with the team to achieve business goals.
  • Manage and implement a comprehensive event calendar, including test drive events, lead generation events, brand partnership events, and external corporate events.
  • Plan regional activities such as store openings, test drives, and lead generation events.
  • Create in-store programs and campaigns to engage existing leads and generate new leads.
  • Evaluate and track the success of programs and campaigns.
  • Assist in project management and content creation for external newsletters, collateral, and customer communication.
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound communications, including customer letters and emails.
  • Ensure consistent and effective messaging of external documents and promotional materials.
  • Manage outside agencies and vendors as required.
  • Deliver marketing objectives within specified budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with global brand strategy and corporate identity.
  • *Qualifications Required:**
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in digital integrated marketing and communication, with a preference for Event Marketing experience.
  • Proficiency in managing social media accounts and Adobe design suites, PowerPoint, iOS, and Photoshop.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and local languages.
  • High sense of urgency and entrepreneurial work ethic.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Result-oriented with a positive attitude and ability to inspire others.
