The Opportunity:The Senior IT Project Manager will lead a comprehensive global review of Rapid Aid’s business processes and IT systems, identify gaps and implement scalable, efficient solutions.This role will begin with a 3–4 month deep-dive study of global processes and systems, including end-to-end process mapping (P2P, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report). Following the assessment phase, the successful candidate will design and execute a 12-month implementation roadmap to optimize systems, improve data flow, and enhance automation and reporting capabilities.This is a high-visibility role reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, requiring strong executive presence, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to work independently. Key Responsibilities Phase 1 – Assessment & Strategy (First 3–4 Months)<ul><li>Conduct full end-to-end process mapping across global operations (P2P, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, etc.)</li><li>Analyze existing systems architecture and data flows</li><li>Identify system gaps, inefficiencies, and risk areas</li><li>Develop a gap analysis, systems heat map, and strategic roadmap</li><li>Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership</li></ul>Phase 2 – Implementation (12 Months)<ul><li>Lead execution of approved IT transformation initiatives</li><li>Improve overall IT data flow efficiencies</li><li>Drive system integrations, automations, dashboarding, and AI initiatives</li><li>Optimize Microsoft Dynamics Business Central environment</li><li>Strengthen SharePoint and OneDrive architecture and governance</li></ul>Ongoing / Steady State<ul><li>Ensure sustainable system performance post-implementation</li><li>Lead integration of newly acquired companies into Rapid Aid systems</li><li>Continuously improve enterprise IT governance and scalability </li></ul>Qualifications & ExperienceRequired:<ul><li>8–10 years of progressive IT project management experience</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field</li><li>PMP certification</li><li>Proven experience with end-to-end functional process mapping (P2P, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report)</li><li>Experience supporting Asian backend operations (China and/or Vietnam a bonus)</li><li>Strong knowledge of, Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, SharePoint & OneDrive, Enterprise system integrations, IT data architecture and workflow optimization</li><li>Experience working with hardware infrastructure and IT vendors</li><li>Demonstrated ability to lead enterprise-wide implementations</li><li>Strong executive presence and communication skills</li><li>Experience leading cross-functional initiatives</li><li>Self-starter with ability to work independently</li></ul>Strong Assets:<ul><li>Background in SQL and/or Python</li><li>Experience with automation, dashboarding, and AI implementation </li></ul> You are A:<ul><li>Strategic thinker with strong analytical capability</li><li>Confident presenter with strong business acumen</li><li>Energetic, solutions-oriented leader</li><li>Comfortable fast paced operator in a fast-growing, evolving organization</li><li>Strong cross-functional collaborator</li><li>Experienced IT professional in global, multi-entity environments</li></ul>What We Bring to the Table:High-impact role with executive visibilityOpportunity to lead enterprise-wide transformationWork with global teamsCompetitive compensation packageLong-term growth opportunity within a scaling organization
