About the position
The Senior Director, Business Development role at WillowTree is a leadership position focused on managing relationships with key strategic accounts in the Travel & Hospitality industry. This role involves ensuring that all aspects of account work exceed client expectations, coordinating new leads, and winning new business opportunities. The position requires a deep understanding of digital product professional services and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Responsibilities
- Identify target accounts to optimize services and communicate WillowTree's capabilities to clients ,
- Articulate product features to implement technology solutions ,
- Collaborate with Solutions Architects and Product teams to craft proposals and pitches ,
- Cultivate and extend existing C-level relationships with current clients ,
- Team up with delivery leadership to respond to opportunities ,
- Advise internal teams on industry and vendor trends ,
- Travel up to 25% for client visits, pitches, and conferences if based in one of our office locations
- Requirements
- Deep experience in a digital product professional services agency engaged with F5000-level Travel & Hospitality accounts ,
- Ability to identify and characterize business issues ,
- Scope and plan analyses to yield critical answers ,
- Communicate effectively across all levels of an organization

- An engineering or computer science degree/background ,
- Master's Degree in Business Administration
