As a Senior Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in ensuring the renewal and retention of subscription licenses for our life sciences and healthcare clients, while identifying and capitalizing on upsell opportunities. - *Key Responsibilities**
As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with our life sciences and healthcare clients, including identifying new teams and opportunities to drive maximum value from our solutions
- Developing and executing customized customer success plans that meet the unique needs of each client
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and marketing, to drive business growth and identify new opportunities
- Analyzing product usage and client health to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Developing and presenting service reviews, training sessions, and webinars to clients
- Utilizing social platforms to identify potential new users and develop proactive client outreach plans
- Providing input on trends and needs of the client base to inform product development and marketing initiatives
- Communicating with client base to understand internal needs and pain points, and identifying opportunities for feature enhancements and sales leads
- *Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 7 years of managing customers in a SaaS organization where customer success is built and maintained
- Life sciences experience is required
- Ability to define and establish goals based on customer needs and our business capabilities, and execute a well-defined customer success and engagement plan
- Self-starting, self-motivated, team player with an ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple teams
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
- Track record of results and with an extremely high level of customer focus and passion

- Experience with Salesforce and other CRM systems
- Familiarity with life sciences and healthcare industry trends and challenges
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
