Job Summary:
- Lead global teams of content evaluators, defining and implementing content evaluation strategies that support business objectives.
- Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including Content, Product, and Marketing teams.
- Drive innovation in content evaluation, leveraging machine learning and artificial intelligence to improve workflows and processes.
- Set vision, goals, and performance standards for the team, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Collaborate with technology, operations, and product leaders to drive progress in content discovery and evaluation.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage high-performing teams, providing coaching, development, and guidance to ensure success.
- Develop and execute content evaluation strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including leadership, product, and marketing teams.
- Drive innovation and process improvements, leveraging data and analytics to inform decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining high standards of quality and integrity.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in a related field, including content metadata, audience engagement, content curation, or similar.
- Proven experience in managing large teams or teams of managers.
- Deep understanding of consumer behavior and discovery habits, with a strong analytical mindset.
- Experience in running global, distributed, and remote-first teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
