About the Role
As a Senior Content Designer - Payments, you will:
- Design clear, intuitive product experiences that minimize friction and maximize engagement
- Develop strategic content solutions that speak to a global audience, addressing payment issues and opportunities
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement scalable content design solutions
- Collaborate with our Globalization team to ensure our product is amazing worldwide
Your Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 5+ years of experience in content strategy, UX writing, or short-form digital writing
- Proven ability to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively
- Strategic thinking, with a focus on systems and scalability
- Experience with payments, consumer products, and global brands
- Comfort with A/B testing, data analysis, and feedback-driven iteration
- Mastery of AP style and the confidence to adapt to our unique voice
- Fluency in languages other than English is a plus
