Senior CJADC2 SME (Top Secret Clearance Required) Remote (U.S.-based) | Occasional Travel to Hanscom AFB, MA Active Top-Secret Clearance Required Full-Time $150,000 – $180,000 (based on experience and locality) Shape the Future of Joint All-Domain Operations Support next-generation Joint All-Domain Command & Control (CJADC2) capabilities and help deliver decision advantage to the warfighter. In this role, you will directly influence C3BM strategy, operational integration, and mission execution across the Department of the Air Force. What You’ll Do Lead development of CJADC2 strategies and operational frameworks supporting DAF missions Advise senior leadership on C3BM, Joint All-Domain Operations, and decision advantage Translate operational needs into capability requirements and integrated solutions Support exercises, testing, and evaluations , integrating weapons systems and tactics Collaborate across DoD stakeholders to align joint mission objectives and capabilities Develop briefings and present insights to senior leaders and decision-makers Document processes and support organizational alignment and policy execution Support occasional travel to Hanscom AFB, MA and other mission locations as required Required Qualifications Active Top Secret security clearance (REQUIRED) Extensive experience in USAF or USN operations , including: Command & Control (C2) Joint Battle Management Intelligence / ISR operations Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting C3BM or CJADC2 initiatives Background in: Air Operations Center (AOC) Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) Joint or multi-domain operations Graduate of one of the following: USAF Weapons School USN TOPGUN USMC Weapons and Tactics Instructor (WTI) Strong ability to coordinate across multiple organizations Excellent briefing and executive communication skills Why Join ASI Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits Opportunity to work on cutting-edge defense and national security initiatives Collaborate with top-tier operational and technical experts Make a direct impact on mission success and warfighter capability Ideal Candidate Profile You are a mission-driven leader with deep operational experience in C2, ISR, or Joint Operations , and a strong understanding of CJADC2, kill chain/kill web integration, and multi-domain warfare concepts .
