Job Description
AFRY is looking for a Senior Building Conservator to join their team in Gothenburg/Halmstad. The role involves performing cultural heritage investigations, managing care and maintenance plans, and consequence assessments for PCB. The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to human living conditions and cultural heritage, with experience in cultural heritage issues and a business-minded approach.
Requirements
- Higher education degree with a building conservator orientation or equivalent
- Certified or eligible for certification as an expert in cultural values (KUL 2, level complex)
- Good knowledge and experience of work with cultural heritage issues in connection with planning and building laws and the environmental code
- At least three years of professional activity that in a significant extent includes cultural historical valuation of buildings
- Good knowledge of planning and building laws, the environmental code and cultural heritage law
- B license
- Master Swedish fluently in speech and writing
