- Responsibilities
- Work on large to medium-scale department projects that have a direct impact on the success of our teams.
- Assist in project planning and strategic initiatives with partners and team members.
- Leverage problem-solving skills to establish and track Key Results to achieve Critical team Objectives.
- Forge relationships with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments.
- Identify ways to improve and streamline business processes.
- Collaborate with partners on executing communications around events and program strategy.
- Demonstrate excellent change management skills to manage change in a complex environment.
- Quickly understand key priorities and complex issues for the larger organization and create clear written presentations/communications.
- Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification.
- At least 2 years of experience in Project Management, Process Management or Corporate Communications.
- Nice-to-haves
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years of Project Management experience
- PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma Certification
- Scrum Master Certification
