About the Role :-
We are looking for an experienced Senior Analyst – Business Development (Ad Operations) to provide work support in campaign execution, ad operations, and technical troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in Video & Homescreen placements, CTV advertising, and ad technologies.
Responsibilities:
1. Implement and manage ad campaigns across Video and Homescreen Display placements using proprietary and third-party ad technologies.
2. Act as the **technical point of contact** for ad operations integrations (tag generation, QA, troubleshooting).
3. Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide optimization recommendations.
4.Partner with client services teams for campaign launch, optimization, and best practices.
5. Provide **status updates and reports** to key stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in display, video, and CTV advertising (publisher/agency background preferred).
- Hands-on experience with **digital ad servers** (video & display).
- Proficiency in **Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting platforms**.
- Strong **analytical and project management** skills.
- **Deadline-driven** with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- **Bachelor’s degree** or equivalent.
