  • Collaborate with the Engineering Manager to understand business and technical requirements and translate
    them into robust engineering solutions.
  • Build and maintain data pipelines integrating various data sources into Adobe CDP (Customer Data Platform).
  • Work with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) to generate reports,
    define audiences, and activate campaigns.
  • Develop, refine, and manage audiences within Adobe CDP using advanced segmentation logic.
  • Design, document, and optimise database schemas and data models to support data integration and reporting
    needs.
  • Query complex datasets using SQL to generate custom reports and insights.
  • Create and maintain reporting solutions based on XDM objects and schema designs.
  • Leverage tag management tools to manage data collection and instrumentation strategies.
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and tools in the data engineering, mar-tech space, and

demonstrate a willingness to learn and apply new skills.

    Requirements for the role
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform tools including:

– Adobe CDP

– Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)

– Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)

    – Adobe Launch
  • Strong understanding of database schema design, data streaming, and integration patterns.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with querying large-scale datasets.
  • Experience with creating and refining audience segments within a CDP.
  • Familiarity with XDM schema, custom data models, and report generation.
  • Experience with Tag Management Systems (preferably Adobe Launch, GTM).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Demonstrated adaptability and eagerness to learn new technologies.
  • High attention to detail and a structured, methodical approach to problem solving.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a wider team.
  • Able to manage multiple projects and deliver to tight deadlines.
  • Positive, proactive attitude and strong communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $105,300.69 - $140,813.73 per year

Work Location: Remote
