As a Seasonal Customer Service Representative, you'll be an integral part of our team, working closely with our members to provide personalized support and resolve issues with empathy and poise.


Job Highlights:



  • 100% remote work arrangement

  • Part-time schedule: 20 hours per week, Saturdays and Sundays (two 8-hour shifts) with an additional 4-hour shift during peak business hours

  • Duration: October 2024 through January 2025

Key Responsibilities:



  • Respond to member inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and accurate manner

  • Track and document member calls, ensuring concise and factual records

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our lines of business, benefits, medical management processes, and demographic change processes

  • Provide exceptional customer service, driving our culture through values and customer service standards

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer service issues and improve overall customer experience


Requirements:



  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of related experience in customer service

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including good grammar, voice, and diction

  • Strong typing skills (40-60 WPM) and proficiency in MS Office

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive outlook and self-driven approach
