- Need to be able to "Give an intelligent look to the system" so someone who can explain the work they have done within a system, not just create automated scripts
- Be able to produce automated tests for the System
- Restassured with Java - Library - if they haven't had exp with that library but can learn before onboarding that's a maybe, but it would be more likely that they will try to focus on this
- Still need Java - strong
- Decent SQL experience - be able to query info
- Knowledge API testing - what is an API and how can we test it ?
- Ready API, postman - something similar
- Understand API - what is valid and invalid, what should be sent to an API
- Definitely need cucumber and gherkin
