Job Description
SCRUM MASTER - 100% REMOTE
- Lead Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Ensure consistent flow and delivery using Scrum and Kanban practices tailored to the Trident Project
- Foster a collaborative, transparent, and accountable team environment
- Identify and remove blockers to maintain team momentum
- Encourage continuous improvement through feedback loops and retrospectives
- Collaborate with the Agile Coach to ensure alignment with Agile practices
- Apply Agile principles consistently while adapting to the team s context and maturity
- Promote Agile values across the team and stakeholders
- Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies clearly to stakeholders
- Align team activities with project goals and business priorities
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to support delivery
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Kanban facilitator in a technical or data-driven environment
- Familiarity with Agile delivery in manufacturing or infrastructure-related projects is a plus
- Deep understanding of Scrum and Kanban frameworks
- Strong facilitation, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
