Apollo.io Expert – Build My Outbound System (Phone-Based, Non-Technical User)
I’m looking for a senior Apollo.io expert to work with me 1-on-1 and help me properly set up and use Apollo as my outbound lead-generation engine.
Important: I am not technical. I need someone who can go slow, step-by-step, explain everything in plain English, and not assume any prior knowledge. I need to be “spoon-fed” the process so it’s clear and not overwhelming.
This is not a VA role and not just list building. I’m looking for a consultant who understands outbound sales systems and can teach me how to use Apollo correctly, not just do it for me.
I plan to use Apollo across multiple initiatives (for example: reaching business owners, commercial property owners, or companies for different outreach goals). I want to learn a repeatable process so I can confidently apply it to new campaigns on my own.
How we’ll work:
- Phone calls preferred (Zoom optional, not required)
- Calm, structured, easy-to-follow walkthroughs
- Patience and strong communication are essential
What I want help with (explained step-by-step):
- Apollo account setup and configuration
- Defining the right ICP for different initiatives
- Building lists using Apollo filters and saved searches
- Setting up simple, safe email sequences
- Deliverability basics (what to do and what NOT to do)
- Understanding how replies/leads come in and how to track results
This role is a good fit if you:
- Have real-world experience using Apollo for outbound sales

- Are comfortable working primarily by phone
